  1. I go to support groups every Saturday with National Alliance for Mental Illness in Baltimore, MD. I think it’s a great organization not just for depression, but for anyone with mental illness and substance abuse. There are a lot of people in that organization that have bipolar, depression, schizophrenia, and anxiety issues, including me. But this is a really great list of organizations and outreach programs for people like me who have mental illnesses. Good job.
